Northstar Building was created to simplify and unify the development, design, and build process from conception to completion. Nicole Whitesell started Northstar Building in 2004, soon after joined by Ethan Whitesell, bringing an architectural background to the table. Northstar Building is proud to now offer development, design and project management all under one roof.
